Yukata Company Itsu 15 oz. Raw Selvedge Denim Jeans (1 Year, Countless Washes)
Breaking: 15 oz. Yutaka Company Jeans owned by Pandu in Indonesia are making international headlines on account of their sensational fades.
So, what’s the scoop? Sources close to the subject say these jeans have only been worn for 1 year, and to no one’s surprise, have gone through the washing machine countless times. With witnesses verifying that Pandu delivers between 100-200 parcels a day working for a delivery service, you can bet a lot of saddle time contributed to the deep crease lines that have almost disappeared due to exhaustion.
Fellow bystanders note stacked whiskering and evaporating honeycombs as stand-out features as Pandu went from drop-off to drop-off. Experts on the matter credit repaired knees and a toasty leather patch as details that push this vintage-looking pair to the next level. Japanese canvas goods brand Seuvas is branching out into knitwear territory, with the Cotton Raglan Sweater in Indigo. Seuvas is known for durable canvas garments, their name being a combination of ‘sew‘ and ‘canvas‘, the Japanese brand is bringing high-quality knitwear into their roster of pants, jackets, and shirts. What better knitwear option to don as a complete denim freak than indigo?
The Raglan Sweater features rope-dyed 100% cotton yarns, which means it’s gonna fade nicely, thanks how rope-dyed yarns typically leave a natural core when the dye chips away. As you might’ve guessed by the name, it features comfortable raglan sleeve construction for extra articulation (plus it looks good).
Knit in Japan, the fit is regular (AKA not too fitted), with knit ribbed cuffs, hem, and collar. Simple, refined, and drenched in indigo. What more could you want?
Available for $189 from Redcast Heritage.

Looking for a nice fittin’ pair of jeans with a unique denim? Look no further than The Strike Gold 2103 Brown Weft Regular Straight Jeans. These heavyweight 5-pocket jeans are cut from a 100% cotton 17 oz. unsanforized heavyweight slubby denim with an indigo warp and light brown weft. The brown weftside of the jeans will poke through your faded slubby top yarn over time – making for a rarely seen brownish-natural fade. If you like special denim, this one’s a no-brainer. P.S. Heavy slubby denim holds its shape extremely well and fades quickly.
In addition to being cut from a very cool fabric, these jeans feature a proper relaxed-straight fit. There’s minimal taper from the knee down, so the jeans aren’t going to feel too snug or tight, as long as you take your proper size (double-check those measurements, folks). These are once washed, so I’d recommend taking your fitted size and letting the jeans relax a bit naturally.
Available for $257 from Redcast Heritage.

Indigofera’s Randy Shirt is the Half-Sleeve Western We Never Knew We Needed
Indigofera’s Randy 6 oz. Cordova Denim shirt in Petrol is perfect for those who want the rugged look of denim without feeling like they’re wearing a medieval suit of armor.
Crafted in Portugal and coming in a classic petrol blue color, the Randy gives off a major vintage feel while the elongated arms add some contemporary flair, helpfully mitigating the dreaded farmer tan. You can roll them up if you like a shorter sleeve, or leave them unrolled for a half-sleeve look. Why don’t more shirts do this?
Falling comfortably into the Western shirt category, this Indigofera piece features two front chest flap pockets with a single point, a pointed front and rear yokes, and the oh-so-important snap buttons.
Available for $249 from Franklin & Poe.
