Fade Friday – Rogue Territory x Blue Owl “Heavyweight ISC” Service Shirt in Indigo (~1 Year, 6 Washes, 10 Soaks)

Rogue Territory and Blue Owl created the Heavyweight ISC Service Shirt as a hard-wearing 15 oz. canvas overshirt built to develop a dramatic high contrast patina with time and wear. Reader Pablo from Tracy, California, delivers on that promise with his ultra-faded submission of the shirt. Worn for over a year, including a full run in the Indigo Invitational, Chavez’s ISC shirt puts the “work” in workshirt. After six washes and ten soaks, the once deep indigo canvas now shows a range of blue tones throughout, with deep honeycombs at the sleeves and heavy crocking at reinforced stitch points.

Pablo works as a union electrician, splitting time between job sites throughout San Francisco. The service shirt has served as his daily uniform, worn year-round even in one hundred degree weather. While no repairs have been needed, Pablo added the iconic RGT watch chain hole himself, reinforcing it with white sashiko thread for a clean personal touch. His service shirt stands as a testament to modern workwear, showcasing the idea that work and dedication will always produce remarkable results.

Even though there’s one name you usually associate with waxed jackets, Knickerbocker NYC has really given them a run for their money with its Bay Jacket.
The Bay jacket is decked out in a water and wind-repellent waxed fabric comprised of 45% cotton, 39% nylon, 16% polyester shell. Sourced from Italy’s Olmetex Mills, which has been producing innovative, high-performance technical fabrics since 1954, this fabric is closer to a 60/40 fabric than traditional waxed cotton, further improving its ability to keep the weather at bay (if you’ll pardon the pun).
Taking cues from military jackets as well as classic British countryside wear, the Bay Jacket features a storm flap over a two-way YKK zipper, hidden elasticated cuffs, and a large cross-back patch pocket on the rear. Paid lining channels Aquascutum vibes while the prerequisite corduroy collar breaks up the silhouette and provides a soft surface for your neck.
Available for $550 from Franklin & Poe.
Crown Northampton doesn’t discount its footwear, and for good reason. Having visited their factory, I can confirm that every penny spent goes on creating a superior product with no expense spared. Quality and the preservation of Northamptonshire shoemaking heritage are Crown’s goals —not margins.
If you’ve been lusting after a pair of Crown’s end-tier sneakers but haven’t had the coin, you’re going to want to head over to their online “From the Stockroom” event like, now. It’s full of discounted pairs that come from samples, photoshoots, and cancelled made-to-order requests, along with some made from rare leathers (including shell cordovan), too good to leave unused.
Every pair in the event is priced individually, based on grade and condition, with the event running from until January 4, 2026. Think fast!

It’s well documented that fits are getting wider. If you’re still waiting to make the jump, Railcar is offering you a chance to switch it up with their new Switcher X11o Full Leg jeans.
Railcar — so named as founder Steven Dang literally worked on the LA Metro when he first started the brand — has stayed true to their workwear roots here, whilst opening up to a wider fit. Inspired by early railroad or factory trousers, the Switcher is a five-pocket jean designed for long days, heavy use, and comfort that only improves with wear. The fit is straight-legged, zero taper, with a hem opening between 10 and 11″ across the size run. A mid-rise keeps things comfortable and ensures the Switcher sits naturally on the waist.
Made from premium 13.5 oz. selvedge denim, the Switcher is handmade entirely in Railcar’s workshop in El Monte, California. Each pair comes with details that reflect the brand’s exacting standards: reinforced stress points, chain-stitched hems, double waistband construction to reduce waistband over-stretch, and beautiful scallop stitching that makes the inside almost as pretty as the outside.
Available from Railcar for $238.
Shell Cordovan is astounding – there’s no questioning that. But due to the sky-high production costs of this rare equestrian leather, not everyone can afford to get into a pair of Shell Cordovan footwear. For those who want to experience the unrivalled luster and deep patina of Shell, Meermin is offering handmade Shell Cordovan belts for just $135. That’s a bargain and then some.
Available in 10 colorways, there are loads of ways to strap into the Shell experience here. For the iconic glossy look, there’s burgundy, black, and brown — classic colors that will intensify as the leather ages and patinates. For something that colors outside of the lines a little bit, you have Meermin’s Waxy Shell Cordovan. Tanned exclusively for Meermin and available in Tobacco, Caper Green, and Brown, this leather has a layer of wax that will slowly chip away to reveal the Shell Cordovan in areas of high stress. Seeing as it’s new and reserved for Meermin, we’re yet to see how Waxy Shell Cordovan leather ages, and this is your chance to be part of the inaugural experiment.
Due to the reduced size of the ‘shells‘ of Shell Cordovan, these belts have to be sewn from a few different pieces of leather, meaning they have unique joins. Each belt is made in China and fitted with a nickel-plated, solid brass buckle, and vegetable-tanned leather lining that will also look better with every use.
Available for $135 from Meermin.
